On the 20th December the “Citizens of Doriza” brought to the village the Children’s Choir of “Orfeas” of Tripolis who sang without reward. Thirty children under the direction of their instructor Mrs Eleni Ligia, sang Christmas Carols and Hymns from all over Greece and other countries inside yhe holy temple of St. Ioannis which was crowded with people. The women of Doriza prepared the traditional sweets which, in the festivities that followed in the Cultural Center, they offered to the children and to the contributors of “Orfeas” of Tripolis as well as to the rest of the people.
